Individual Differences at Work promotes resilience.
Learn, Grow, and Thrive in Today's Complex World of Work.

 About the Founder ...

I believe thriving is a choice

Individual Differences at Work is about embracing our unique strengths in order to become purposeful, inspiring leaders and communicators.

Over the past 15+ years, I've helped thousands of individuals grow from average to excellent, use resilience and creativity to nurture their personal best, create balance and sustainability in their organizations, and learn to cultivate their own success both at work and in life.

I’ve always believed that truly thriving in life and at work is a choice, and I’ve dedicated my life to helping you take that opportunity!

I’m passionate about what I do – and I live what I preach

Despite extensive experience and education in executive leadership and presence, I’m always learning and looking to grow to the next level.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Applied Industrial Organizational Psychology as well as a Human Resources Certificate from Fairfield University, and am a graduate of the Executive Coaching Academy. I earned my coach certification through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and am currently a credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF).

At my core, I love contributing to my communities

Being a member of any community is an honor and privilege, and I’m especially grateful to serve as the current President of the International Coach Federation of Connecticut (ICF-CT), where I’ve been able to help my coach colleagues grow as leaders in their own right.

I’m also actively involved with other leadership and development organizations, including the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Program of the Connecticut Psychological Association; the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM); the American Psychological Association (APA); the Connecticut Psychological Association (CPA); the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and the Institute of Coaching Professional Association at McLean Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School.

Growth happens in all areas of life

Somehow, I still manage to have time to enjoy other aspects of life, too!

In my time outside of Individual Differences, I am a proud beekeeper, Certified Master Gardener and Master Composter, and am currently serving a second term as the appointed Chair of the Agricultural Commission for my town.

Because my husband served in the United States military, I also proudly support military veterans, their families and care givers in coaching and resilience training.

My husband and I reside in Fairfield County, Connecticut with “Ma” and her fellow Guinea fowl and a gaggle of American Buff geese.
